Central High

Lovingly named The Centennial Duplex, Brass Fox Interiors brought this 1924 triplex to its former glory. A fire accident rendered most of this beauty inhabitable. Our team decided to maximize the restoration into a duplex, converting the home into a front 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and the back into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit.

This full scale project required new floor plan renderings, finish out, and construction design. We worked with local vendors to keep the industrial feel of the home and worked carefully to keep the essence of other Central High restorations. Each home features original wood floors, exposed brick, and windows galore. A bold blue was chosen for kitchen cabinets and black fixtures throughout to draw a contrast against the creamy white wall and trim colors.

After the beautiful makeover, we provided Short Term Rental services. These included initial setup, design, price setting, and management.
