Meet Vivian, a 1924 Victorian with a spanning 2,000 sq ft. Brass Fox Interiors was invited into this grand home for a full scale renovation and restoration. The challenges with this home was the narrow, almost shotgun style first level floor plan. We wanted to maximize the first level as an entertainment space and capitalized on the beautiful architecture and ability to see the entire home from the front door.

Increasing the functionality, we added a main floor 1/2 bath and laundry room. On the upper level, we kept it grand, crafting a spacious master bedroom with exposed fireplace stack and sitting area. The office has access to a private balcony. We were able to source the main lights from another project, finding a perfect home in Vivian. This project is the perfect example of new vintage, Brass Fox Interiors’ signature styling.
